Responsibilities
- Oversee the drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and management of a wide range of commercial and legal agreements, collaborating with business leaders, procurement, sales, finance, compliance, and external counsel to align contracts with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives while minimizing risk.
- Manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, approving, and renewing agreements.
- Review and negotiate various contracts such as customer agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, non‑disclosure agreements (NDAs), statements of work (SOWs), licensing agreements, and amendments.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, legal risks, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain contract templates, standard terms and conditions, and playbooks to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and business risks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve contract‑related issues and support business initiatives.
- Manage contract management systems and maintain accurate contract records and reporting.
- Monitor contract performance, key dates, renewal deadlines, and compliance obligations.
- Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel on complex legal matters and disputes.
- Lead, coach, and develop contract administration or contract specialist team members, as applicable.
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal compliance initiatives.
- Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
- Ensure all activities comply with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Juris Doctorate (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management, legal operations, procurement, or a related field.
