Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain project scope, timelines, and deliverables for complex training projects
- Advise on project requirements using expertise in learning techniques and technologies
- Track and optimize project status from initiation to completion
- Facilitate project meetings to identify risks and resource needs
- Resolve issues using strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Design and implement content maintenance for training assets
- Collaborate with Ops team to streamline deployment processes
- Drive process improvements and document implementations
- Identify automation opportunities for tasks and design solutions using technology
- Explore AI applications in Learning Operations for practical use
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in training or learning solutions
- 5+ years in development and management of Learning solutions
- 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proficient in O365, Power Apps, and SharePoint design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay
$114,800 – $187,400 annually
