Manager LCoE Training Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain project scope, timelines, and deliverables for complex training projects
• Advise on project requirements using expertise in learning techniques and technologies
• Track and optimize project status from initiation to completion
• Facilitate project meetings to identify risks and resource needs
• Resolve issues using strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Design and implement content maintenance for training assets
• Collaborate with Ops team to streamline deployment processes
• Drive process improvements and document implementations
• Identify automation opportunities for tasks and design solutions using technology
• Explore AI applications in Learning Operations for practical use

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in training or learning solutions
• 5+ years in development and management of Learning solutions
• 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Proficient in O365, Power Apps, and SharePoint design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

$114,800 – $187,400 annually
