As a Manager, Lab Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting our Oak Street Health patients, providers and business by supporting organization-wide lab standards that meet regulatory requirements and drive excellence in lab collection and processing, safety, and lab optimization. This role will work to support and develop new standard operating procedures for lab-related compliance, ensure CMS CLIA-waived compliance for point-of-care testing across the enterprise, develop lab training structures for new and current Oakies, and build mechanisms for lab quality assurance.
