Work You'll Do
- Drive strategic change and deliver exceptional value for commercial sector clients.
- Work as a trusted advisor to Technology, Operations, and Strategy executives on complex transformation initiatives.
- Lead globally dispersed teams (primarily across the US, India, and Mexico) to successfully deliver strategy and downstream transformation engagements.
- Manage engagement planning, including defining deliverables and milestone structure, and oversee engagement delivery, ensuring the team delivers on time and with high quality.
- Assist in managing engagement risk and ongoing engagement economics, and manage client expectations proactively.
- Serve as a coach for junior practitioners, providing input and guidance into the future staffing needs.
Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience in the commercial consulting sector working on large scale IT engineering/transformation projects with hands-on depth in technology around application development and custom built applications.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in a leadership role working on large scale transformation programs in a commercial environment with a focus on technology.
- 8+ years' experience in technology and operational transformation efforts.
- Experience in operating model transformation, agile delivery, leading global teams across borders.
- A strong understanding of the fundamentals of engineering transformation with the ability to successfully articulate technology concepts to both a business and a technology audience with depth and accuracy.
- Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and with third parties.
- Extensive team leadership experience which should include managing people, projects, clients, and financials.
- Experience using AI to streamline business processes and create efficiencies.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, based on the work you perform and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred
- Master's degree, preferably in computer science, information technology, engineering, or business.
- Industry recognized technology certifications - AWS, Cloud, Google, Claude and others.
