Engineering as a Service provides complete design, implementation, and technology operations, leveraging our core engineering expertise. We transform engineering teams, modernize technology, and deliver complex programs with a product engineering approach. Our flexible delivery models—traditional teams, pools, or pods—are tailored to each client's needs, offering engineering-led advisory, implementation, and operational capabilities to accelerate innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology, Operations, and Strategy executives on complex transformation initiatives.
  • Lead globally dispersed teams (primarily across the US, India, and Mexico) to deliver strategy and downstream transformation engagements.
  • Participate in engagement planning, including defining deliverables and milestone structure.
  • Oversee engagement delivery, managing the team that builds deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Manage engagement risk, ongoing engagement economics, and client expectations proactively.
  • Coach junior practitioners and provide input into future staffing needs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in the commercial consulting sector working on large-scale IT engineering/transformation projects with hands-on depth in technology around application development and custom-built applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role working on large-scale transformation programs in a commercial environment with a focus on technology.
  • 8+ years of experience in technology and operational transformation efforts.
  • Experience in operating model transformation, agile delivery, and leading global teams across borders.
  • Strong understanding of engineering transformation fundamentals with the ability to articulate technology concepts to both business and technical audiences.
  • Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and with third parties.
  • Extensive team leadership experience, including managing people, projects, clients, and financials.
  • Experience using AI to streamline business processes and create efficiencies.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, based on client and industry needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree, preferably in computer science, information technology, engineering, or business.
  • Ability to quickly learn and deliver on analogous technologies not previously worked on.
  • Industry-recognized technology certifications (e.g., AWS, Cloud, Google, Claude).

Pay

The wage range for this role takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules, where awards depend on individual and organizational performance.
