Responsibilities
- Utilizes deep understanding of the business stakeholder's needs to develop new feature requests, schedules release timelines and manages sprints appropriately.
- PARTNERS WITH PRODUCT OWNERS TO CREATE PRODUCTS TO ADDRESS CUSTOMER NEEDS.
- OVERSEES IT PRODUCT THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE
- MANAGES THE BACKLOG TO ALIGN WITH PRODUCT ROADMAP
- MANAGES TESTING TO DETECT AND FIX ISSUES TO MAKE NECESSARY IMPROVEMENTS
- CHAMPIONS THE PRODUCT AND ADVOCATES FOR THE PRODUCT TEAM MEMBERS
- ALLOCATES RESOURCES TO APPROPRIATE SPRINT TO ACHIEVE WORK PACKAGES
- MANAGES THE HEALTH AND PERFORMANCE OF THE TEAM AND THE PRODUCT
- TRACKS AND REPORTS PRODUCT PERFORMANCE
- COLLABORATES WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO UNDERSTAND INTEGRATION AND RESOURCES ACROSS PRODUCTS
- PERFORMS MARKET RESEARCH, METRICS, AND ANALYTICS TO EVALUATE PRODUCT PERFORMANCE
- LEAD, COACH, AND DEVELOP A TEAM OF DIVERSE IT PROFESSIONALS AND BUILDING CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS ACROSS THE BUSINESS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 8 to 10 years Information Technology, program management, or relevant technical experience
- 5+ years' work experience leading a team
- PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
- Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Embrace a Servant Leadership mentality
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgement, encourage collaboration and communicate effectively (written and verbal) across multiple levels in the organization
- Ability to effectively manage competing work demands and multiple initiatives at the same time
