What You’ll Do
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team delivering reliable AV and collaboration solutions.
- Drive initiatives that support hybrid work, improve conferencing experiences, and enable automation and self-service.
- Oversee deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of AV technologies, including conference room automation, digital signage, and control systems.
- Ensure optimal performance and adoption of enterprise collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.
- Develop and enforce best practices for AV and collaboration technologies across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and deliver solutions that improve coworker experience.
- Oversee creation of training materials, user guides, and knowledge base articles to empower users.
- Manage procurement, budgeting, and performance metrics to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Foster skill development and career progression for team members.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading teams in AV, conferencing, or collaboration technology environments
- Expertise in: Conference room technologies such as Crestron, DTEN, QSC, or Dante
- Virtual conferencing platforms: Microsoft Teams, Zoom
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with AV networking, control systems, and integration with enterprise IT infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Excellent leadership and team development abilities
- Bonus points for: Microsoft SharePoint experience, ITIL Certification, Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Occassional weekend or after-hours work may be required.
