Manager, IT AV Collaboration

What You’ll Do

• Mentor and develop a high-performing team delivering reliable AV and collaboration solutions.
• Drive initiatives that support hybrid work, improve conferencing experiences, and enable automation and self-service.
• Oversee deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of AV technologies, including conference room automation, digital signage, and control systems.
• Ensure optimal performance and adoption of enterprise collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.
• Develop and enforce best practices for AV and collaboration technologies across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and deliver solutions that improve coworker experience.
• Oversee creation of training materials, user guides, and knowledge base articles to empower users.
• Manage procurement, budgeting, and performance metrics to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Foster skill development and career progression for team members.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years leading teams in AV, conferencing, or collaboration technology environments
• Expertise in: Conference room technologies such as Crestron, DTEN, QSC, or Dante
• Virtual conferencing platforms: Microsoft Teams, Zoom
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Familiarity with AV networking, control systems, and integration with enterprise IT infrastructure
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Excellent leadership and team development abilities
• Bonus points for: Microsoft SharePoint experience, ITIL Certification, Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Occassional weekend or after-hours work may be required.
