Manager, Inventory Accounting

Responsibilities

• Account for inventory under US GAAP and company policies
• Review and approve dropship vendor invoices and material costs
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for inventory-related accounts
• Perform flux analysis on balance sheet and P&L accounts
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting
• Cultivate partnerships across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Mentor junior staff and support ad-hoc analysis and special projects

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience with a focus on inventory accounting and team leadership
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting from an accredited university
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong prioritization skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Excel with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls; CPG experience preferred

Pay

$120,000 – $135,000 annually
