Responsibilities
- Facilitate collaboration between external partners and internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Develop presentations to communicate international business updates across the organization.
- Establish and maintain critical path timelines in coordination with internal partners.
- Conduct follow-up with internal partners to ensure timely execution of critical path activities.
- Collaborate with internal partners to establish efficient processes.
- Ensure external partners and franchisees are informed of internal operational updates.
- Evaluate initial applications and track requests.
- Organize and oversee introductory meetings with new partners.
- Affirm partner performance and maintain communication with partners.
- Ensure adherence to critical path timelines with external partners.
- Implement brand policies and procedures.
- Cook operational updates with partners.
- Liaise with external clients to coordinate first-time experiences and international visits.
- Analyze results and follow up with international partners accordingly.
- Implement Brand and Experience-First training initiatives.
- Conduct monthly reviews to identify areas for brand protection enhancement and promotional opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of international markets, cultural nuances, and business practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree.
- 5-7 years proven track record of successful international business development in the retail industry.
