ManufacturingFull-time

At Independent Purchasing Cooperative (IPC), we are the strategic sourcing partner behind Subway®, a member-owned organization dedicated to serving franchisees across North America, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Miami, FL, IPC helps franchisees be more profitable through supply chain solutions, contract negotiation, technology initiatives, and industry expertise. We foster a supportive, inclusive environment that promotes personal growth, professional development, and work-life balance.

About the role

IPC is seeking a highly motivated Integrated Supply Chain Planning Manager to serve as the primary supply chain planning lead for all Limited Time Offer (LTO) items and new product launches. In this role, you will partner closely with brand marketing and analytics teams to translate promotional plans into validated, executable forecasts. You will own the end-to-end ingestion of LTO and new item forecasts into IPC's forecasting systems and lead the development and execution of associated supply plans, including production lifts, capacity checks, and inventory builds. Additionally, you will maintain dotted-line coordination with Supply Planners and Supply Associates to ensure LTO and new item volumes are reflected in core item supply plans and execution schedules. This role also serves as the primary point of contact for inventory authorizations across the full lifecycle, from feasibility assessment through execution and close-out.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary supply chain planning contact for LTO items and new product launches, partnering directly with brand, marketing, and internal stakeholders (Assurance, Sourcing, Program Management, etc.) throughout concept, planning, and execution phases.
  • Validate demand forecasts for LTO and new items against brand inputs, historical analogs, and market intelligence prior to system ingestion.
  • Own ingestion and maintenance of LTO and new item forecasts within IPC's forecasting systems, ensuring data accuracy, timing, and alignment with the broader category forecast.
  • Develop supply plans for new or LTO items, including production lifts, raw material and packaging readiness, and inventory build schedules.
  • Maintain dotted-line engagement with Supply Planners and Supply Associates to align LTO-related lifts and contingencies with standing core item supply plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inventory authorizations, managing the process from feasibility review through approval and execution.
  • Identify and communicate risks to forecast accuracy or supply readiness for LTO/new items, proactively escalating and recommending mitigation plans.
  • Build and present weekly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) deck content covering LTO/new item status, supply readiness, inventory authorization status, and key risks.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sourcing, Distribution & Logistics, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Brand) to ensure LTO and launch timelines are met.
  • Track post-launch and post-event performance against forecast, capturing learnings to improve forecast accuracy on future LTO/launch activity.
  • Support obsolescence management and liability risk mitigation related to LTO and new item transitions, including end-of-life and runout planning.
  • Review LTO and new item case pack, waste, and yield assumptions for efficiency.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities related to LTO and new product launch planning.
  • Perform all other duties as reasonably assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and/or relevant professional experience will also be considered.
  • 6+ years of demonstrated progression in a Supply Chain Planning role, mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Limited Time Offers, new product launches, or promotional events, required.
  • Strong working experience as part of a formal S&OP or Integrated Business Planning process, preferred.
  • 2+ years experience using an end-to-end supply chain solution and related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), preferred.
  • Experience partnering directly with brand or marketing teams on forecast validation, preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in using a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (Micro Strategy, Tableau, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Business Intelligence, preferred.

Skills

  • Adaptability, attention to detail, decision making, project management, team collaboration, and communication.
  • Ability to validate and interpret demand signals from brand/marketing inputs and translate them into actionable forecasts.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills, including the ability to influence and align with planners and associates outside of direct reporting lines.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and effectively communicate with multi-level stakeholders, including brand, marketing, and supply chain partners.
  • Willingness to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and compressed launch timelines.
  • Strong process-orientation and organizational skills, with comfort managing multiple concurrent LTO/launch workstreams.
  • Comfort building and delivering executive-level presentation content.
