Manager, Insights & Analytics - Remote or Hybrid (Acton, MA or San Diego, CA)

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Insights & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape market understanding by translating complex business questions into research plans and actionable recommendations. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to synthesize patient, provider, and market perspectives that inform innovation, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy. The position blends market research and analytics to uncover trends, guide decisions, and strengthen the organization's competitive response in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $138,500 – $207,725 annually Responsibilities Translate business questions into actionable research plans across patient, provider, and market perspectives Manage end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research, ensuring clear communication of findings to stakeholders Synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations for business partners Deliver insights that drive innovation, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging trends in diabetes care and digital health Combine traditional market research with analytics to provide clear recommendations Oversee relationships with research vendors and manage project budgets and timelines Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Business, Behavioral Science, or a related field 8+ years of experience in market insights, preferably in healthcare, Medtech, or life sciences Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including segmentation and journey mapping Strong ability to integrate data and tell compelling stories from diverse sources Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Tableau, R, SPSS, or SQL is a plus Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Employee wellness programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
