Manager, Injection Systems - Equipment & Process Performance

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for injection molding equipment and system architecture
• Establish standards for machine platforms and integration requirements
• Provide direction on future platform design prioritizing scalability and lifecycle cost
• Ensure alignment between tooling design and machine capabilities
• Drive improvements in system performance across network plants
• Own lifecycle strategy for injection equipment, including modernization and capital prioritization
• Lead supplier benchmarking and evaluate emerging technologies for network adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Plastics Engineering, or a related field
• 10-15+ years in injection molding machinery operation or equipment engineering
• Expertise in injection machine systems, controls, and hydraulics; Husky experience preferred
• Strong understanding of the mold-machine interaction and its impact on quality
• Proven ability to influence decisions across functions without direct authority
• Strong collaboration skills for interfacing with various functions and OEM partners

Pay

$129,200 – $193,800 annually
