Manager, Information Security Risk and Consulting (REMOTE)

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Information Security Third Party Risk and Integrated Risk Management Program
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations
• Oversee the team's engagement in regulatory audits and investigation activities
• Develop a high-performing team of security risk professionals for risk management
• Oversee third-party and integrated risk assessments and vendor control evaluations
• Communicate risk insights effectively to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear narratives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or equivalent education and experience
• One or more security certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent
• At least 7 years of experience in information services and 3 years in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)
• 3+ years of management experience in complex security environments with high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA Security Rule and industry security regulations, with ability to quickly develop expertise
• Experience with GRC platforms like ServiceNow GRC or RSA Archer

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
