About the role

As a Manager in Investment Wealth Management, you will help organizations define strategic priorities, solve complex business issues, and drive large-scale transformation initiatives. This role involves working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape growth strategies, improve performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings structured problem solving, experience leading workstreams, and the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams for strategy, growth, and transformation engagements across business functions and client priorities
• Conduct market, customer, financial, and operational analyses to inform recommendations and decision-making
• Develop executive-level deliverables, including presentations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and coordinate cross-functional teams to support timely delivery
• Coach junior team members and oversee quality of work products across project activities

The Investment Wealth Management team helps clients address enterprise priorities through strategic planning, business analysis, and transformation execution. The team works with leaders across industries to solve complex problems, identify growth opportunities, and improve organizational performance. Professionals in this practice collaborate across functions and bring structured, data-informed approaches to help clients achieve business outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years relevant consulting and/or investment management experience
• 8+ years of experience in translating requirements into optimized designs, and identifying design alternatives and implications on functionality, effort, performance, and operations
• 8+ years of experience leading smaller engagements or components of large, complex strategy and/or operations transformation engagements
• 8+ years of experience identifying client business issues, owning responsibility for the quality of deliverables, managing stakeholder relationships, and developing persuasive recommendations
• 8+ years of experience collaborating with financial services industry senior executives, and comfort delivering presentations to management
• 6+ years' experience developing and presenting proposal responses
• Travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

• 6+ years' experience in one or more of the following sector packages: Aladdin, Simcorp, Charles River, Fidessa, EZE, Calypso / Murex, Bloomberg AIM, Portware, FlexTrade, FIS, Eagle PACE, IMS Markit EDM, Data Science platform buildout, Ipreo (iLevel and ival), eFront, Investran, Workday, SalesForce
• Market Intelligence experience: DST SalesConnect, Market Metrics Matrix, and Fishtank
• Experience with various phases of the implementation lifecycle, from system selection to implementation sequencing and planning, project management, application & technical design, interface & data conversion, application build, environment management, testing, go-live planning, etc.

Pay

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $155,600 to $306,800. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
