About the role

The W Scottsdale WET Deck, Cottontail Lounge & Living Room is currently looking for a Manager In Training to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Bartend and/or serve during scheduled shifts in a high-volume nightlife environment
• Provide elevated guest service and maintain strong hospitality standards
• Act as Manager on Duty on designated shifts, supporting operations and team execution
• Assist with managerial oversight including staff support, guest relations, and service flow
• Help with administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling support, inventory, communication, and reporting
• Maintain professionalism, accountability, and a team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to all RHG brand policies and procedures
• Work as a team player and actively contribute to the success of the bar/restaurant experience
• Other supportive functions as determined by the manager

Requirements

• Previous hospitality and/or restaurant experience required; nightlife experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic bar and alcohol knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to cleanliness, safety procedures, and service standards
• A guest-oriented mindset with a professional and team-focused attitude
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Necessary food handling and alcohol certifications required
