The Management Development program is designed for recent graduates seeking a career in Healthcare Leadership. Candidates should have a focus in health care, hospitality, business, or related fields and demonstrate natural leadership qualities through sports, project leadership, or early work experience.

Responsibilities

As a Management Development Associate, you will work and learn alongside leaders in premier senior living communities, embodying the values of being an Ally, a Friend, and a Giver. You will rotate through all functional departments of the community over an 18‑month to two‑year training period, gaining operational knowledge and leadership skills aligned with Touchmark’s values, preparing you to assume a management role upon completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or other related field
• Ability to relocate to any Touchmark location upon program completion
• Demonstrated leadership skills (work, school/athletics, volunteer organizations)
• Desire to work in hospitality/service industry or with seniors (a plus)
• Comfortable giving oral presentations to small and large groups
• Willing to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed
• Demonstrate empathy toward others

Pay

Hourly pay range: $28.85 to $30.29, depending on experience and qualifications.
