Manager in Training (Sparta WI)

About the role

In this position, you will gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under the direction of experienced professionals. Comprehensive training will include duties in several departments such as Production, Sales Operations, and more, as it pertains to our insulation business. The ideal candidate will be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running a branch operation.

This role is based in Sparta, WI. Operations Management experience, preferably in building materials or a construction-related industry, is desired. You must be willing to travel as needed for training and relocate for a permanent assignment if required.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in multiple departments (Production, Sales Operations, etc.) to understand branch operations.
• Learn under the guidance of experienced professionals to prepare for a management role.
• Travel as needed for training and potential relocation for permanent assignment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services.
• Willingness to work in both office and field operations environments, including standing, walking on uneven ground (e.g., construction sites), bending, and lifting under 25 lbs.
• Ability to travel and drive between locations and job sites.

Pay

Compensation range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also include variable compensation.
