About the role

This position offers an opportunity to learn and grow within Prudential's retail operations at the Prudential Center. We are seeking a Manager in Training who will play a key role in supporting our retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of the retail store.
• Support the training and development of new associates.
• Participate in store meetings and contribute to team discussions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Contribute to store marketing efforts and promotions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
