About the role
This position offers an opportunity to learn and grow within Prudential's retail operations at the Prudential Center. We are seeking a Manager in Training who will play a key role in supporting our retail teams.Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of the retail store.
- Support the training and development of new associates.
- Participate in store meetings and contribute to team discussions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Contribute to store marketing efforts and promotions.
Requirements
