About the role
Our Management Development program is designed for recent graduates with a focus on healthcare, hospitality, business, or related fields. It aims to develop strong leadership skills and familiarize participants with Touchmark’s operations and values.
Responsibilities
- Work and learn alongside experienced leaders in Touchmark’s senior living communities.
- Develop skills to become a future leader with Touchmark, adhering to the principles of being an ally, a friend, and a giver.
- Spend time in each functional department of the community to gain comprehensive understanding of Touchmark’s operations.
- Prepare to assume a management role within one of our communities after completing the 18-month to two-year program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to relocate to any Touchmark location upon program completion.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, such as through leadership positions at work, school/athletics, or volunteer organizations.
- A desire to work in the hospitality or service industry, or with seniors.
- Comfortable giving oral presentations to small and large groups.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
- Demonstrate empathy toward others.
