About the role
Our Management Development program is designed for recent graduates with a focus on healthcare, hospitality, business, or related fields. It aims to provide individuals with strong leadership skills and an understanding of Touchmark's operations.
Responsibilities
- Work and learn alongside our team of leaders in various Touchmark senior living communities.
- Develop skills to become a future leader with Touchmark, adhering to our core values of Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion.
- Spend time in each functional department of the community during the 18-month to two-year Management Training program.
- Prepare to assume a management role within one of our communities upon completion of the program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, such as through leadership positions at work, school/athletics, or volunteer organizations.
- A desire to work in the hospitality or service industry, or with seniors.
- Comfortable giving oral presentations to small and large groups.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings as necessary.
- Demonstrate empathy toward others.
Skills
Natural leadership qualities, ability to relocate to any Touchmark location, and a strong desire to work in the hospitality or service industry or with seniors.
