Our Management Development program is tailored for recent graduates with backgrounds in healthcare, hospitality, business, or related fields, seeking a career in Healthcare Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Work and learn alongside Touchmark leaders in various senior living communities.
• Develop leadership skills and understand Touchmark operations.
• Assist in learning what it means to be an Ally, a Friend, and a Giver.
• Spend time in each functional department of the community.
• Prepare for a management role within Touchmark communities upon completion of the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ability to relocate to any Touchmark location upon program completion.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, such as from work, school/athletics, or volunteer organizations.
• A desire to work in the hospitality or service industry, or with seniors.
• Comfortable giving oral presentations to small and large groups.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings.
• Empathy toward others.

Schedule
