Manager in Training (Fifth + Broadway)

About the role

The Manager in Training will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training new employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained
• Train and mentor new employees to ensure they are equipped to handle customer service and operational tasks
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events to increase sales and customer engagement
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to improve store efficiency and customer experience

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in retail or a related field
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with some college coursework

Qualifications
