Manager in Training

About the role

The Manager-in-Training (MIT) program is a 9-week accelerated leadership development program designed to prepare emerging leaders for roles within SBM’s core business operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured virtual learning sessions and in-person mentorship programs
• Gain hands-on experience in various SBM’s core business operations
• Mentorship from site leadership, safety, and client operations teams
• Develop skills in team development, performance management, client engagement, and safety program management

Qualifications

• Candidates must be willing to relocate for the role
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred

$60,000 - $70,000 annually
