Responsibilities
- Learn to Lead – Develop your leadership skills by working alongside experienced managers and supporting the salon team.
- Drive Sales – Learn how to build memberships, increase retail sales, and help the team reach its goals.
- Build Relationships – Create a welcoming customer experience and build strong relationships with guests.
- Coach & Motivate – Learn how to train, encourage, and hold team members accountable.
- Learn the Business – Gain hands-on experience with scheduling, daily operations, cash management, and key performance metrics.
- Grow Your Career – Take on more responsibility as you develop and work toward a management role.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or leadership
- Someone who is confident, positive, and comfortable working with people
- A strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Goal-oriented with an interest in sales and building customer relationships
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Organized, dependable, and ready to take on responsibility

Pay
$45,000–$50,000 Total Compensation Potential (Base Pay + Monthly Bonuses + Uncapped Commission)
