About the role

A motivated Manager-in-Training with strong leadership potential and a passion for sales is needed to support and eventually lead our Palm Beach Tan Hattiesburg salon.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations while learning how to run a high-performing, customer-focused location.
• Partner in hiring, training, and coaching team members to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver standout service.
• Learn to maximize revenue across memberships, retail, and services by strengthening your sales strategy and team accountability.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and high-energy environment that keeps customers coming back.
• Develop skills in tracking KPIs, managing budgets, overseeing cash handling, and understanding the numbers that drive success.
• Support local marketing efforts and community engagement to increase traffic and build brand awareness.

What You'll Gain
