Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet patients and customers as they enter the store.
- Identify patients’ needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience.
- Provide promotional products and services available.
- Aids patients and customers in choosing eyewear that fits their budget and eye care needs.
- Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescriptions.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to remedy situations.
- Attain sales goals while complying with company and local policies and procedures.
- Adhere to quality control standards including OSHA and other safety requirements.
- Ensure brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties.
- Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and edge stock lenses.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of customer orders.
- Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients.
- Perform other duties as assigned and required.
Key Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
- The skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
- Passion for outstanding customer/patient care and eagerness to share that passion with others.
- Schedule flexibility.
- Optical experience is a plus.
