Operations Lead in Training (OLIT)

This program is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, and is ready to take the first step toward leadership.

In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to:

  • Deliver an unforgettable customer experience with Mister’s signature wave, smile, and commitment to excellence.
  • Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create “wow” moments for every guest.
  • Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships.
  • Take on new challenges with curiosity, using every shift as a chance to learn, grow, and build confidence in your leadership.
  • Work as one team, building trust, supporting each other, and celebrating success together.

What You Will Learn

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
