Responsibilities
- Learn from the Best - Shadow our top-performing Office Managers and District Leaders to understand what it takes to run a high-energy dental office successfully.
- You'll gain hands-on experience with real-time coaching every step of the way.
- Work closely with your mentor and district leaders on leadership principles, communication strategies, and team development.
- Practice handling real workplace scenarios, building confidence to lead your own team.
- Partner with management to oversee daily office operations, ensuring schedules run smoothly, the team is supported, and patients receive VIP service — every visit, every time.
- Lead Morning Huddles - Set the tone for the day! Motivate your team, align on daily goals, celebrate wins, and tackle challenges head-on.
- Support your team in meeting production goals, patient satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
- Learn how to balance leading people while managing performance metrics.
- Create the Patient Experience - Work with patients to review treatment plans, build trust, and help them understand their care.
- Guide them through financing options and help create a stress-free experience.
- Build your Operational Tool Kit - Learn how to manage supplies, control budgets, report expenses, and handle month-end closeouts — all critical skills for future leaders.
- Develop Problem-Solving Skills - Step in with confidence to resolve team or patient issues with support from your mentor.
- Sharpen your decision-making skills and learn how to lead with empathy and accountability.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of management or leadership experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Dental industry knowledge is a plus but not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in technology, including Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
- Solution-oriented, composed under pressure, and able to navigate challenges effectively.
