Responsibilities
Provide overall day-to-day directions to store personnel to provide efficient and quality service to customers. The Store Manager in training should spend appropriate time supervising and training technicians, managing inventory, monitoring employees to customer interaction, completing required paperwork and enacting cost control measures to ensure the profitability and growth of the location.
