Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the business to ensure smooth operations
- Manage and develop a team of employees

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
