Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example by following ALL policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring your crew does the same.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash handling, food management, and scheduling.
• Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance, and punctuality.
• Ensure store cleanliness, marketing efforts, and profitability.
• Provide reliable transportation to and from work.

Advancement
