This Leadership Development Program prepares high-performing roofing professionals for future Team Lead and Market Leadership opportunities. The program provides proven systems, mentorship, hands-on training, and leadership development to help you transition from individual producer to successful sales leader.

Training Program Details

During the 180-day training in Dallas, you will:

• Refine advanced roofing sales techniques
• Master project management and the customer experience
• Learn recruiting and hiring strategies
• Develop coaching and field leadership skills
• Work alongside experienced Heritage leaders
• Learn how to build, lead, and grow a high-performing sales team
• Gain hands-on experience with Heritage’s systems and processes

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through residential roofing sales
• Manage restoration projects from inspection through completion
• Build lasting relationships with homeowners and within the local community
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Recruit and help onboard future sales representatives
• Coach and mentor new team members through ride-alongs and field training
• Lead by example while driving team performance and accountability
• Help establish Heritage’s presence throughout the Oklahoma City market
• Support the continued growth and expansion of the market

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of roofing sales experience (required)
• Proven track record of generating residential roofing sales
• Experience working with insurance restoration claims
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
• Leadership mindset with a passion for developing others
• Comfortable holding yourself and others accountable to performance expectations
• Desire to build a long-term career in leadership and management
• Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about helping build a new market

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
• Ability to complete the required 180-day paid leadership development program in Dallas, TX before returning to Oklahoma City
