About the role

Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store, including customer service, employee supervision, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, cleanliness, and compliance with PMG company standards. Candidate is a dependable, hands-on leader who can motivate a team, maintain high service standards, and keep store running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis
• Operate cash register according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, and paperwork
• Train, coach, and hold employees accountable
• Execute daily tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Respond to store emergencies: break-in, robbery, alarm setting or failure, staff not locking up and setting alarm, etc.
• Remain drug free and submit to random drug screens
• Follow and adhere to all policies regarding vendor check-in procedures, inventory reporting procedures, employee discipline procedures, and employee handbook
• Perform work with integrity, honesty, and respect
• Maintain records and input data into the provided computer system
• Ensure all shifts are covered
• Manage store operations including cleanliness, customer service, inventory, stocking, ordering, and any other requests from District and Area Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or college degree

Skills

• Basic math, cash-handling, and computer skills
• Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience
• Valid NC Driver’s License
• Schedule flexibility
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
• Working cell phone with texting ability

Pay

$14–$15/hour
