Manager in Training (12 South Women's)

About the role

The Manager in Training will be responsible for supporting the store manager in all aspects of the store operation, including inventory management, customer service, and sales. This position offers an opportunity to learn the retail industry from the ground up and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Support the store manager in planning and executing promotional events

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings
