About the role

The Manager in Training will be responsible for assisting the store manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes overseeing inventory, managing staff schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
