About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for outdoor work and a drive to lead to join our Manager in Development program at Yellowstone Landscape. This unique opportunity offers hands-on experience, comprehensive training, and mentorship from industry experts.

Responsibilities

• Work with a mentor to help you develop your own management style
• Excel beyond what is taught in textbooks
• Work hands-on in the field with our crews
• Participate in monthly Branch Management meetings and review company financials
• Build professional development opportunities—build your skills and confidence

What You’ll Learn

• How to interact and communicate effectively with clients
• Job setup, client setup, and crew assignments
• How to create proposals and assist with sales

Qualifications

• Certificates, Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Plant Science, Horticultural Sciences, Business, or related preferred
• Interest in learning all aspects of the landscape management industry
• A can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• A clean driving record
• Strong communication skills
