This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Implementation Consultants and Project Managers to foster high performance
• Ensure consistent execution of implementation methodologies for client success
• Drive timely project completion and customer readiness to maximize solution adoption
• Act as an escalation point for complex project issues and client concerns
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions post-implementation
• Refine processes and tools to improve implementation scalability and efficiency
• Analyze performance indicators to support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software implementation or related SaaS roles
• 2-4 years of experience in people leadership or team management
• Proven track record managing complex SaaS or enterprise software implementations
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools for enhancing operational efficiency
• Ability to drive innovation and process improvements

Pay

$101,900 – $132,800 annually
