About the role

The Manager II Sales Support role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Develops processes for consistency.
  • Manages sales support activities which may include one or more of the following functions: broker call center, sales support staff, field service, sales training and technology, broker administration, proposals, product development, or material distribution.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities And Experiences

  • Health insurance experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage a remote staff strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Experience giving presentations to C-suite strongly preferred.

Pay

The salary range for this specific position is $110,400 to $172,800. Location-specific details are provided in the "Location" section.

Schedule

Associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week, depending on the role and location. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process.
