About the role

The Youth and Caregiver Support Bureau Chief oversees the services necessary to support improved wellbeing of children in foster care. The role involves providing consultation, written and verbal policy interpretation and analysis, and supports program development and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, written and verbal policy interpretation and analysis
• Supports program development and improvement
• Lead change efforts in a continuously evolving environment
• Establish an inclusive work environment fostering and promoting the development of staff, facilitating collaboration and teamwork, and supporting constructive resolutions of conflicts
