About the Role

Holman is seeking a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to shape our people strategy, foster a culture of excellence, and support business success across our dealerships in the Raleigh market for Holman North Carolina.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership – Partner with senior management to translate business goals into HR strategies that drive engagement, performance, and retention. Participate in change management as we integrate our newly acquired partners into our national retail division.
  • Talent & Leadership Development – Identify skill gaps, implement training programs, and support succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement – Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring fair, consistent, and effective people practices. Address employee concerns and work with local leadership to resolve issues.
  • Onboarding & Manager Support – Enhance the onboarding experience for new leaders and equip managers with the tools to lead effectively.
  • HR Compliance & Best Practices – Ensure alignment with employment laws and proactively adapt to industry trends.
  • HR Operations & Policy Development – Oversee HR policies, investigations, and continuous improvement of HR programs.
  • Collaboration & Global Alignment – Partner with leadership and work closely with the global HR team to implement best-in-class HR practices.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Multi-site experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of US employment law.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • SHRM certification strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of talent management, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, and policy development.

Pay

We offer competitive wages starting in the range of $109,750.00 - $170,115.00 USD annually for full-time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
