Key Responsibilities
- Leadership of the Function: Oversee the delivery of HR projects to ensure work is executed in alignment with established standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Establish and maintain strong project governance practices, including clear decision-making structures, prioritization, accountability, and visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive consistency and rigor in how projects are planned, executed, and reported.
- Foster strong partnerships with HR leaders and HR and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of work.
- Provide thought partnership to HR leaders to shape initiatives, clarify priorities, and translate business needs into structured, actionable solutions.
- Lead the ongoing evolution of the function through continuous improvement of processes, templates, tools, and ways of working.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, Change Management preferred.
- 3 years of experience in Project Management, HR or a related role.
- Strong project management skills including planning, prioritization, critical thinking and execution.
- Ability to influence with and without authority.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience leading others.
- PMP or other program management certification a plus.
- Experience working within an HR function or on HR transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with change management principles.
- Experience operating in a matrixed, global, or highly distributed environment.
