About the role

Location: Venice, FL at PGT (Part of MITER Brands). The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic business partner responsible for leading and deploying HR initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. This role plays a critical part in driving HR excellence, fostering a high-performance culture, supporting operational leadership, and ensuring alignment between business goals and HR practices. The HR Manager will provide leadership across all areas of Human Resources including employee relations, talent acquisition partnership, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, payroll oversight, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning within a manufacturing environment.
