Manager, Home Center Analytics Enablement

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Home Center Analytics Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead the translation of business needs into analytics requirements and reporting solutions that improve decision-making across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities, standardize metrics, and strengthen governed self-service analytics in a retail-facing environment. The position also focuses on building scalable Power BI assets, improving reporting efficiency, and helping teams adopt consistent data practices. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000+ annually Responsibilities Translate business needs into clear analytics requirements and reporting solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics priorities and key performance indicators Own and standardize metric definitions and reporting conventions for consistent data use Build and maintain scalable Power BI models, reports, and dashboards Integrate data from various systems in partnership with data owners and BI Consolidate reporting to reduce manual preparation and enhance analytics solutions Train users on Power BI and promote governed self-service analytics Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, data science, computer science, or a related field 5-10 years of relevant experience in business analytics or business intelligence Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including semantic model design and DAX Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive analytics adoption Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business concepts Experience with big-box retailers and point-of-sale data is a plus Benefits Remote work flexibility with a focus on independent productivity Opportunity for occasional travel to support strategy and special projects Access to training and development resources for professional growth Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
