Manager, Grid Integration – Data Center & Power

About the role

Responsible for optimizing grid integration strategies for data centers and power systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement grid integration plans for data center and power systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze grid performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential grid disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in grid integration, renewable energy, or similar field.
• Experience with grid modeling tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical grid systems and operations.
• Understanding of renewable energy technologies and their integration into the grid.
• Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement.

Skills

• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with GIS and mapping tools.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
