Title: Manager, Global Supply Planning

Responsibilities
- Complete the monthly supply planning cycle, including crafting and updating 36-month supply plans and identifying key supply decisions.
- Conduct replenishment planning at external partners in support of all manufacturing requirements in coordination with Inventory Management, Logistics, and Supplier Management.
- Prepare supply planning input for the monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget cycle.
- Maintain all supply-related parameters and master data in relevant planning systems, managing product lifecycle changes.
- Participate in design and implementation of new ERP system.
- Aid in translating KPI Supply Chain metrics into actionable tasks in collaboration with CMC and VST.
- Identify and implement key supply chain related initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Preferred concentration in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Management/Sciences)
- 5-7 years of supply chain experience with a strong focus on supply planning. Relevant supply chain planning experience in autologous cell & gene therapy is ideal.
- APICS or similar certification preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience with ERP system, preferably NetSuite
- Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA etc), GMP manufacturing and GMP storage requirements.
