About the role
The Global Strategy Delivery team is seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate transformations, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles with emphasis on Program Management. They should also have a strong academic background (degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, or a related field), excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, critical decision-making and judgment capabilities, strong communication and presentation skills, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn with a low-ego, team-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and deep experience in program management, including managing complex program delivery with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of group-wide strategic initiatives and projects
- Perform financial and commercial analysis to guide business decisions
- Drive, assist, and support with the management and tracking of project achievements and outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions to help drive initiatives forward
- Prepare clear, high-quality presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leaders
- Work with key collaborators to define, plan, complete, and govern pivotal initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Identify and manage risks and issues effectively
- Deliver initiatives on time, within budget, and to required performance metrics
- Meet business value and financial targets set forth for initiatives
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, status, and risk management
