Responsibilities
- Develop and iterate on global mobility strategy and policies to reflect culture and competitiveness
- Shape the global mobility team and set clear direction for team success
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, and Payroll for efficient transitions
- Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and legal requirements for relocations
- Manage financial aspects and optimize costs for relocation services
- Oversee vendor relationships to ensure high-quality employee experiences
- Provide support to team members and families during relocation processes, addressing various needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in global mobility and/or human resources, and leading teams required
- Strong analytical thinker with high data literacy
- Comfortable navigating immigration, tax, compensation, and benefits complexities for international assignments
- Knowledgeable about mobility programs, market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- Exceptional communication skills to clarify complex topics
- Energetic self-starter able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in a global organizational context
