We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. First part: "At Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, our 8,000+ global associates proud to come to work each day, knowing that what we do impacts the lives of patients around the world. For Terumo, for Everyone, Everywhere. We make medical devices and related products that are used to collect, separate, manufacture and process various components of blood and cells. With our innovative technologies and service offerings, we touch a patient’s life every second of every day and are committed to continuing to increase the number of patients we serve. Advancing healthcare with heart. With some of the best and brightest minds in the industry, an unmatched global footprint, comprehensive benefits and a distinct culture, Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is a great place to work, grow and be part of a team that is focused on making a difference. Join us and help shape wherever we go next. You create your future and ours." That's about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is usually description of role. The posting then says: "The Manager, Global Localization role offers a unique opportunity to lead the global documentation localization program, ensuring critical medical device documentation is accurately translated and delivered to customers and regulatory agencies around the world. As the leader of a specialized localization team, you will drive complex, cross-functional projects, manage strategic vendor partnerships, mentor project managers, and influence localization strategy across multiple product lines and business areas. Ideal candidates will bring localization and project management experience within a regulated environment, strong leadership skills, and a passion for collaborating with global stakeholders to improve processes, quality, and customer impact." That's role description. So we can put that under

About the role

with paragraphs. Then "Essential Duties" list: many bullet-like sentences. We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • each duty. Then "Minimum Qualification Requirements" includes Education, Experience, Skills, Certificates. We need to separate sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Education and Experience under Minimum Qualification Requirements. Could treat as Requirements? Or Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills). So we need to decide what goes where. We have: - Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent... - Experience: Minimum 4 years of project and people management experience, including a minimum of 3 years of experience in localization in a regulated environment. Demonstrated leadership and team building skills. Knowledge of and experience with project management disciplines, methodologies, and localization tools. Successful completion of global localization projects involving stakeholders from multiple regions (North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa). Experience working with people of varying linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Experience with several different localization vendors. - Skills: Proficient knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies, and tools. Familiarity working in a content management system. Demonstrated ability to independently lead and manage multiple large projects and project teams. Proficiency with computer-aided translation tools and other localization industry software and technologies. Demonstrated ability to maintain frequent communications and interactions with language service providers including selection, specification of projects, negotiation, and quality checks. Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. Ability to integrate subject matter expertise to develop project plans. Proficient ability to quickly identify and resolve conflict. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Knowledge and use of relevant software applications and skills to use them effectively, including project management software such as Microsoft Project. - Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Project management professional certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred. Localization project management certification preferred. -Or- An equivalent competency level acquired through a variation of these qualifications may be considered. Thus we can map: - Requirements: maybe Education and Experience? Or Requirements could be Education + Experience. Qualifications could be Skills? But they also have a Skills heading. Usually Requirements = education + experience; Qualifications = skills + certifications. But we have both Skills and Qualifications headings. We need to decide. Given the list: "Minimum Qualification Requirements Education: ... Experience: ... Skills: ... Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: ..." So we could treat: - Requirements: Education and Experience (maybe combined) - Qualifications: Skills (maybe plus certificates?) but we have separate Skills heading. Actually they already have a Skills list. So we could put Skills under Skills heading. Qualifications could be Certificates? Or we could combine Skills and Certificates under Qualifications. But we have both Skills and Qualifications headings available; we should use them if there is content. Thus: - Requirements: Education + Experience (maybe as

    or

) - Qualifications: Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (maybe also include "equivalent competency level") - Skills: the list of skills. But we also have "Benefits": later paragraph about benefits: "At Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, we provide competitive total reward offerings that consist of compensation, benefits, recognition, along with a wealth of other well-being, work-life and recognition programs which support in unlocking the potential for you and your family. Included in our expansive list of benefits offerings are multiple group medical, dental and vision plans, a robust wellness program, life insurance and disability coverages, also a variety of voluntary programs such as group accident, hospital indemnity, critical illness, pet insurance and much more. To help you save for retirement, we offer a 401(k) plan with a matching contribution and for work-life balance we have vacation and sick time programs for associates." Thus we have Benefits content. Pay: "Target Pay Range: $127,200.00 to $158,900.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data Target Bonus on Base: 15.0%" Thus we have Pay content. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should NOT include Schedule section. Also location: "LOCATION Lakewood, Colorado or Remote". Could be included maybe as a short paragraph under About the role? But location is not a heading; we could fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So location is minor metadata; we can include a short

maybe after About the role or at end. But we need to preserve all substantive information. Location is substantive? It's location of job. Might be considered substantive. But we can include as a short paragraph. Also "Physical Requirements" etc. That's boilerplate? It's about physical demands; maybe we can drop as it's generic? It's not EEO but it's still boilerplate? Might be considered not essential. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Physical requirements may be considered boilerplate but it's part of job posting. However it's not EEO. Might be okay to keep? But it's fairly generic; but we could keep as a short paragraph under maybe "Requirements"? Not sure. Safer to drop it as it's not unique. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; physical requirements could be considered substantive but it's typical office environment. Might be considered boilerplate. I'd drop it. Also "We anticipate this requisition will be open for a minimum of five days, from August 25, 2026." That's application instruction/boilerplate; drop. Also "We encourage your prompt application." drop. Also "Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is part of Terumo Group..." etc. That's company info; could be considered About the role? Already have company description earlier. Might be duplicate; we can drop duplicate. Also core values etc. Could be considered company info; maybe drop as not essential to role. Also "We contribute to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS), raising $2.4 million USD since 2025." That's CSR; maybe drop. Also EEO statement drop. Also safety statement drop. Thus we keep: About the role (company intro + role description), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (education+experience), Qualifications (certificates), Skills (skills list), Benefits, Pay. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now format. We'll output HTML fragment:
