Responsibilities
- Lead a team to implement robust IT asset inventory systems and audits
- Manage partnerships with hardware vendors to align resource planning with hiring
- Direct operations for secure hardware reclamation and data sanitization
- Ensure compliance with security benchmarks across global endpoints and devices
- Oversee workflows for 24/7 HR lifecycle support and sensitive data archiving
- Design systems for SaaS provisioning and integrations, maintaining access control
- Transition helpdesk to provide 24/7 support while optimizing performance metrics
Qualifications
- 6+ years in IT Operations or Helpdesk Management in MacOS/Windows/Linux environments
- Deep expertise in Jira, MDM solutions, Apple Business Manager, and GSuite/Microsoft Administration
- Proven ability to automate workflows connecting HRIS to IT provisioning tools
- Strong communication skills for translating complex security requirements
- Flexibility to manage support teams covering wide time zones and emergency coverage
