Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to implement robust IT asset inventory systems and audits
  • Manage partnerships with hardware vendors to align resource planning with hiring
  • Direct operations for secure hardware reclamation and data sanitization
  • Ensure compliance with security benchmarks across global endpoints and devices
  • Oversee workflows for 24/7 HR lifecycle support and sensitive data archiving
  • Design systems for SaaS provisioning and integrations, maintaining access control
  • Transition helpdesk to provide 24/7 support while optimizing performance metrics

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in IT Operations or Helpdesk Management in MacOS/Windows/Linux environments
  • Deep expertise in Jira, MDM solutions, Apple Business Manager, and GSuite/Microsoft Administration
  • Proven ability to automate workflows connecting HRIS to IT provisioning tools
  • Strong communication skills for translating complex security requirements
  • Flexibility to manage support teams covering wide time zones and emergency coverage
