Work you'll do

  • Lead workstreams that support customer, sales, and service transformation programs from assessment through implementation
  • Translate business needs into process designs, requirements, operating model recommendations, and implementation plans
  • Manage day-to-day delivery activities, including planning, issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and quality review
  • Facilitate client workshops and working sessions to define future-state processes, capabilities, and technology needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution delivery across strategy, experience, operations, data, and technology

Qualifications

  • Required:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years of experience supporting regulatory or state government operations, including experience with a state licensing board, legislative body, policy or regulatory operations, or constituent services
    • 2+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions, including end-to-end lifecycle experience across multiple Salesforce LPI implementations
    • 2+ years of experience leading project workstreams or teams in a consulting environment with accountability for deliverables, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation
    • 2+ years of experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for Salesforce implementations
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Preferred:
    • Master's degree
    • Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, including OmniScripts
    • Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
    • Experience supporting business development activities across the sales lifecycle
